An important part of Franziskas PhD work has just been published online in ChemBioChem.

We describe our investigations on the unusual FAAL-ACP didomain AmbG that plays a key role in the biosynthetic formation of the divinylcyclopropanediyl fragment of the ambruticins. AmbG shows a substrate tolerance that is unprecedented among this type of enzymes. Our work will be highlighted with a cover feature.
